About KP Ross
I founded one of Atlanta's first subscription produce businesses — starting in my garage and growing it to a nearly $1M annual operation with thousands of customers.
I spent eight years at Automattic, the company behind WordPress.com and WooCommerce, powering 40% of all websites on the internet. I eventually became Chief of Staff at WordPress.com.
Most recently I served as COO of a founder-led company doing double-digit millions in revenue. I pulled the business out of the founder's head, built systems that allowed it to run independently, and freed him to do what only he could do. We more than quadrupled revenue with a handful of employees.
